Xbox Minecraft Nickname is taken

It is necessary to use the same Microsoft account and the same email, the nickname is being used by your account that I play in the game pass.

Are you referring to a change in a particular gamer-tag name?

Every gamertag name is unique. Once it is taken it will not become available unless that person decides to change his/her nickname.

You can make your gamer tag similar to your desired nickname by adding additional characters or spaces

Katzen, once a user changes the gamertag on their account, that username goes through a review period and after even 3, 6 or 12 months, the system releases that gamertag again so it can be taken over by another account. Therefore, what is happening in your case is not a bug in any way, it is simply the way the system is designed to work.
