    Xbox Microsoft store needs help..........


    On Microsoft store all categories are really bad search tools. Top paid games Top free games Latest release games, but when it comes to seeing all the paid games, free games, free demos we have no categories for that. Xbox has to take a page from Sony and fix this. Looking for new games to play is really bad on the Xbox console and irritating. Also give us more choices on organizing the games example old to new, new to told, and price high to low and low to high.

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    These steps can help you, give it a try.

    Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

    1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

    2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for the game too.

    3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

    4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

    5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

    Microsoft can't help, since their system didn't receive the activation from the store properly. So for Microsoft it's not possible to check if the store's activation didn't go through, or if you "stole" the card and try to activate it with Microsoft's help.

    The activation of the card is the responsibility of the store, and if the activation failed, the STORE has to contact Microsoft and rectify the situation.

    You as a customer can't do a thing, and Microsoft also can't help you directly. They need to be contacted by the store and help the store.
