Make sure your signed into the same account that you were signed into, also make sure your still a premium subsciber if those dont work go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us to
have a more detailed version of hoe to solve this problem

When you say it fails to load, can you describe to me what it does when you try to launch the app?

I can't get the app to launch at all. It been a few day and I still can'y
