Xbox/Microsoft account hacked please help

My Xbox account randomly signed out and I couldn't sign back in. I tried to sign back in but my password wouldn't work. I went to reset my microsoft account password, but the verification came up as an email and phone number I don't recognize. I tried to fill out a recovery form but due to the false 2step It sent me an email saying that wasn't allowed. I have hundreds of dollars worth of digital purchases on that account and I don't want to lose it.

If you tried those already and neither works, you will need to go to Contact us | Xbox Support and speak with a support agent about your account.
