Xbox Microsoft Account Banned - 8 years

Hello, I was wondering where I can get more information on my xbox account I was permanently banned in 2015 and was wondering if I can get more information to resolve this. I do not have any enforcement history on my account and since my account is Banned I am unable to contact support as it says "not available to banned accounts", thanks.

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Sadly, there isn't a way you are able to get more information about this. The only way you can reach out to the Enforcement team is via the enforcement site, Enforcement history | Xbox Support. They stopped reading these forums ages ago as they moved to this site.

I was banned in 2015 as well. We are never getting un banned unfortunately.

Update Microsoft won't appeal the ban although I literally haven't had Xbox live in 8 years. This is is literally the must absurd disgrace Xbox will be lucky if I stay a customer if they continue to threaten me and my account.

but if not then why someone who never recieved an xbox ban on his other 8 year old account never got banned but the one i play siege with gets voice bans twice now due to flooded reports from user... if what you said was true they could see one xbox ip sent
out 8 reports from it hence false reports

You would have to try going to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if it has any information on why the account was banned. Unfortunately since the ban took place 8 years ago, it
is no longer possible to submit a case review and possibly get the account back.
