    Xbox messages Not going through?


    Normally when i Hop online This doesn't happen but for the last couple weeks this has been happening. when i hop on, their's a bar in the home screen saying "New message from Xbox" and when i click that bar it takes me to the messages from Xbox live which I'm assuming there is a Xbox live message but its not popping up. the only thing i see are the messages from 3 months ago. couple weeks ago my buddy tried sending me a gift but the gift never went through Xbox live messages, So he tried to manually send me the codes and it worked i just don't know why Xbox live is forgetting about me.

    It can be an intermittent issue only you may receive future Xbox messages still.

    So theres no way to fix this im just never going to recieve xbox Live messages?

    That didn't Work. it sometimes still says new message from Xbox. i don't understand as it is not my network, not the device but it's my account that's the problem

    Have you tried to use and sign-in on the Xbox App using your mobile device an check if that will be visible from there?

    Nope. What im trying to say is there is no message in the first place. like no message from xbox live is sent for i dont know reason. but it says i have a new message and i checked xbox app there isnt a message from xbox live
