    Xbox messages dissapeared after updating Xbox One


    hi, I just did the new Xbox one update the other day and all my Xbox messages from Microsoft have disappeared. They contained promotional tokens for gears of War 1,2,3, and judgment, also a few others that I can't recall at the moment. I have chatted with
    the Xbox support and have a request ticket number [MOD Removed - Please see

    Forum Guidelines    ]    .

    If you could resend the messages that would be much appreciated. Thank you

    Preview Invite Dissapeared

    The waiting queue is not the problem. I recieved the Xbox One Preview message from Xbox Live but it dissapeared so its not the waiting list if i needed to wait months i didnt recieved the message from Xbox Live so .. Xbox messages dissapeared after updating Xbox One :)

    Where are my messages?

    I've received a message with codes for downloading Gears Of War 3 and Gears Of War Judgement. However that message dissapeared after opened.

    That does sound frustrating. Please try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.

    In the meantime you can always check your messages either from the Xbox App on your PC or only via your Xbox Profile.
