Xbox messages are acting up

nd when i ply battlefield some when i load up a map sometimes it says tht the disc is unreadable

I suggest checking your storage for any corrupted files. They will show up with a yellow triangle 'warning' sign next to the file description. If you see any of these, delete them.

Clear your system cache as well, and delete any unused game installs or demos you have occupying HDD space, that should get things sped up a bit
as well.

I actually just decided to make a different account my home account so I could keep my apps and games then factory restarted it ! Now everything is back to normal and I’m so happy ! thank u for your support !!

Seems like you have indeed performed all the necessary steps, kindly try to use a different network connection such as a mobile hotspot just to check if it will work or not, also to validate if it's the console to the network connection.
