    OK, this problem started today in the morning and i don't know what to do. but mine is different because i'm using Microsoft Xbox on my PC. And every time i go on the Microsoft Xbox, everything loads but not the messages, its takes forever, and when i
    go to my profile it says: We were unable to load your messages, please try again later. and i keep trying but it won't work.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're unable to see your messages on our website. I definitely understand how frustrating this can be. What I recommend doing is waiting a bit then trying again later. Another option is to try
    viewing these messages on your PC using the Xbox app. I do understand that you currently aren't using the Xbox app but the Xbox app functions just like our website and should load your messages. Can you please log into your account on the Xbox app on PC and
    please let us know if you're still getting the same error. Thank you.

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue regarding not being able to load messages from your Xbox/Microsoft account.

    Are you accessing the messages section through the Xbox application?

    Or through the Xbox website?

    If through the Xbox app, our suggestion here:

    Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



    1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



    3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
    *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage



    4. Hit Enter.



    Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

    Try this and/or clarify the information and we'll await your response.
