    I received an email saying I have a $5 gift card, and to check my Xbox message center. But when I logged on I didn’t have any new messages. Is there a way to resend the message, or do I just need to wait a little bit longer for the original message to
    send?

    Double check the email is from Microsoft, this is a common scam to steal accounts

    Try to check your messages on
    www.xbox.com    , make sure you sign in with your account info. If the message is not there then I would give it a day or two. You can also check the source of the email to make sure the sender is actually Xbox.

    Make sure to check the Xbox Live messages on your console, from the main dashboard you can navigate to messages by pressing the
