Xbox menu skipping tiles and impossible to do anything

I am having the exact same issue. You can browse left or right and kinnect hears you okay but won't launch anything you just get the tile press animation and sound. The only things that work are the turn off menu, the menus on each tile (but anything off
these menus don't) and you can sign yourself out. If you try to sign in you get a problem 0x80a30204

Hey guys, having a very similar issue here.

I was getting no tiles at all when going in to menus like 'Games, Apps etc'

I followed the steps above and they are now all appearing.

Although on the home page the 'Featured' and all of the 'Store' tiles do not show anything up?

Any tips?

1. You do not need to have a flash drive configured to back up your savegames, as all savegames are saved in the cloud and can be accesed from every console you log in with your account.

2. I do not really understand your problem here. Of course nearly all tiles/icons start an app or a game when clicking on it.If you want to just configure anything on that tile or the bounded app or game then please use the menu button for this. The menu
button is the one, which was the start button on the 360.The tiles and icons on your mainscreen change their positions in relation to your use of them. So there are always the last apps displayed you used. If just wanting to navigate around use the tiles
on the right. Any navigatoin can be done just by the sticks. If you click on anything, it will start the app or game except the tiles on the rigth of your mainscreen.The dashboard behavior on the one is definitively different then on the 360.

First, I would check to make sure that it's not already active on your account. From the Xbox One dashboard select the Forza 5 tile, press the menu button, and select "Show all Addons". If you see a tile here called something like "Bonus Content" click it
to install and then everything should be working.

If you don't see the bonus content tile - maybe you can exchange it at the retailer you purchased it from. Otherwise you probably need to contact Xbox Support to see if they can do anything or figure out where the code was used previously.
