    I purchased an Xbox gold membership and it charged my account twice and the membership isn't working

    I had to renew my Xbox live gold subscription and I was charged twice and my membership isn't even working.

    Charged Twice for Membership?

    Since the payments are 2 different currencies, it looks like you were billed for 2 different things. You would have to call support and talk to billing to get this sorted out though.

    One could have been for microsoft points. You might want to check your billing information at billing.microsoft.com.
