    Great shout.
    When/ if it comes to the UK I'll definitely give it a try. When I heard about Xbox supporting 16 smartglass devices simultaneously I mentioned that it would be great for this sort of game, party games where everyone can just download an app to the device they are comfortable using ( many family members have no idea when it comes to a controller) and get involved.

    The only real obstacle is that smartglass requires an account to use, they need to enable guest logins or similar.

    You'd probably be better off to go for an Xbox One controller as they are the newest Xbox controllers out, and it is easier to get support for them (in my opinon).

    In terms of wired vs. wireless, it's really up to you.

    I haven't played games on PC with an Xbox One controller, and I'm not a steam member.

    It can be a Parental Control or Privacy Settings that prevents you from talking to other online members. Check the xbox support forums to for more help if needed.
