Xbox MC Bedrock Keyboard/chat change

Inconvenience - The new update did not only brake NPC’s (Again) but it has also broken chat. It is so difficult to type commands or reply to your friends. It’s very Annoying and inconvenient.

As a Map builder/Commander I find myself struggling to enjoy the pleasure of playing Minecraft now. Not only did I loose my quick access to type in commands AKA (Shift) but now extra steps were added when chatting with friends or doing commands.

Why complain? - To many players this complaint might sound foolish but to many other players who do commands on a daily or use quick access chat, can agree that it’s very annoying.

This change not only makes it difficult to do commands but also to type quickly or add color text properly.

Example #1- You’re in a PVP combat, you message your friend “I need help, I’m by the spawn” now instead of typing that quickly, you have to wait 1-2 seconds to chat, then another 1-2 seconds to close chat.

Example #2- While doing a basic command like

“/gamemode c @s” should be done very fast without difficulty, now it’s extremely annoying to type and makes the whole process of doing commands just take so long.

Ive honestly lost the motivation to build and do commands, so in the mean time I guess I’ll just play my servers or another game.

MC Bedrock Edition - Really needs to fix their issues because if this continues, I’m pretty sure I’m not the only player who will be taking a break from this game or far worst, completely leaving the game. I love Minecraft and it sucks to see where these new updates are going.

(To clarify) not the update itself since they’re nice but the small bugs like NPC’s or the Chat issues. It’s just *Exhale* a lot to a veteran player like myself.
