Xbox Mapping App

Discus and support Xbox Mapping App in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I go to my Apps and open the app to mapping my button's that give no any problem at all.     Xbox Mapping App


    When I go to my Apps and open the app to mapping my button's that give no any problem at all. So i have 2 choices to make, the first choice is to Map my buttons en open it is also no problem than I choose to change my R3 - A back to A - A and want to finish
    this process but the Button to make this finished dont react at all.

    So anyways i had also option 2, it is actually the option i need to have to do. Make my Buttons back to default. Once i press on that than the app close direct and i been tranfer direct to xbox Home and i tried this all day long already. Hard reset my console,
    even checked for updates for my controller but is Up to date and delete the app wasn't Possible at all because the app is a standard app and i had only the choice to make it as Pinned to Start window.

    I can't play other games anymore because my controller is On COD settings and want to change this so bad so I can play also my other games.

    What do i need to do?

    I understand that there are apps for both Xbox One and Windows 10. My questions is about the mapping key feature. I know that the mapping key is quite impressive in Xbox One. Is the mapping key features the same in Windows 10 app?

    Hey there VentingCanoe330!

    Sorry to hear about the controller issues! Have you gone through the troubleshooting guide to

    reset your controller's configuration    ? Scroll down all the way to the bottom of the article and you'll be able to find the section to help you out. Xbox Mapping App :)

    Let us know if that works!

    I'm having the same issue, restoring default only quits the app.

    And it doesn't reset it all. I tried hard resetting my xbox, but it doesnt work. Now I can't play a game because of it. I did get a console update yesterday (I'm on preview) so maybe that's why. They don't know that this is a SERIOUS problem that needs to
    get fixed not tomorrow , not today, but YESTERDAY!

    I wanted to play MGSV but the app didn't work and I don't want my forward bases to get f'd over because of this bug, hopefully they fix it ASAP. Xbox Mapping App :(

    be sure to check out the Preview Forums and post the issues you've been having with the mapping there.
