    I got Assassins Creed Unity around 2016, but now it says I don’t own the game even though I have 69% achievements and have finished the game. It doesn’t even show up that I bought it. Why is it doing this?

    Just a friendly reminder though that if there is no order history for the game it may mean that the game was not purchased on your account, it can be shared with you or you were able to play it via the game pass.

    If you remember buying the game it can be on a different Microsoft account that you own so please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders using all Microsoft accounts that you own to locate the game transaction, it should be stated as "completed".

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Let's validate the license for the game. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate the order for the game. It should be stated as "completed".

    If the game is not showing from there it may be purchased on a different account so please check that as well.

    As long as you're signed into the same account that purchased it, you should be able to redownload it from your Games and Apps without repurchasing it.

    Unfortunately there is no refund for the game you have already purchased. You can try talking to xbox support:

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    but I don't think they will be able to help you. Good luck, anyhow:)
