Xbox making high pitched squealing noises!!

My xbox makes this high pitched noise thats starting to drive me crazy. It doesn't affect the xbox on playing games, using apps, ect. It just makes this noise. It will make the noise even if the xbox is turned off. I have to unplug it to get it to stop.
Sadly, the warranty is expired. Am i going to have to get a new xbox or just keeping living with the sound? Is there anything i can do?

Squeaky, Squealey Xbox One

Powered on my xbox one for the first time, works great, got to the mandatory system update. It downloaded it all fine but after it restarted it started making a very high pitch squealing electronic sound. no game disc is in it, it just makes a ton of noise
for whatever reason. it doesn't stop either. if the power cord is plugged in, its squeaking and squealing. anyone having this problem too?

 

High pitch noise while updating

My Xbox one has started to make a high pitch noise while trying to update anything . Playing games is fine and the noise can't be heard until I attempt a update

 

It happen also to me with my Xbox One Fat, the only way to make it stop was unplugged it...but one day it stops, without any advice.

What Xbox do you have and from how long it's making noise?

 

Its been making the noise for quite a while now, a lot longer then i should have been letting it go on. My xbox one is one of the original ones. I don't have an s or x.

Be sure to clear the console of any debris near and around the intake and exit fans of the Xbox One console. If the issue persists, try turning the console off an allow it to cool for an hour or two. Also, check out our
