Xbox lost digital copy off a game

I tried to open borderlands 2 (handsome collection)for xbox one today and it just said error i tried restarting, removing and adding my account,my but nothing works. when i look from the market place my xbox doesn't even show that i even own handsome collection
at all.

Hello, I would go to xbox.com and look in my account and check all previous purchases. Look there to see if you can find the purchase of the game. When you played the game was it during a free to play week, sharing gold?
