    xbox loses my game list offline


    When I'm offline my xbox loses my game list but when I reconnect to the internet it comes back.

    I am down to 5.4 GB of free space

    I chatted with an xbox expert earlier today and it won't let me chat with another one it just keeps taking me back to the same closed conversation.

    I have tried the Have Xbox return your call but the call never comes.

    I was told by the expert to do this and it seemed to work until I reset up my xbox

    Alright, let's try to do a factory reset for your console and see if that sorts out the issue. Please follow these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

    3. Select Reset console.

    4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Once you are done with the setup, please try to play games and let me know if it works.

    It's working on it, is this a sign the HD is starting to go?

    Absolutely correct, please let me know if everything is working fine now.

    I seems to have fixed it, do you think my hardware is failing?

    I'm glad to hear that. That is possible, normally doing a reset will clear the cache memory of games on the console so that it can speed up again. Since everything is working fine, don't you worry I'm pretty sure that you won't encounter the same issue

    Bro your hd is fine . Its on bord memory . You nee too get an external hd or clear some room up then just reset your xbox. To ease your mind the hd wont go out no matter how many deleteing and install games you do

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Are you talking the ready to install game list? If so when you go offline, it will not show your digital content that is ready to install. If the game list is on the external Hard drive. Then yes it could be that the external
    is malfunctioning. to test this, you can install some games to the internal hard drive, disconnect the external, go offline see if the games stay there.

    Thanks for the replies support told me that one have to connect to the Internet to access my games list of that was the case tgerw would be alot of angry gamers. I thiught u could fill up ur hd?
