    Hello Microsoft Support, I need your help.

    When I attempt to press the "I'm interested" button on the Xbox One console Looking For Group (LFG), it let's me type the message to say towards the host and then when I press ENTER to send it just doesn't change the "I'm Interested" button to the "Share
    Post" button and the host doesn't get a notification about it, I am also inable to post LFG posts, it just says an error message and takes me back to LFG Main Menu, please help ASAP as I cannot do much because this is a new account and I don't have barely
    any friends. (I'm not a hacker I just got hacked on my last account)

    - Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings.

    - Select Network Settings.

    - Select Advanced Settings.

    - Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

    - Select Clear.

    - Allow the console to restart when prompted.

    Then try again

    It seems to be an issue with the privacy settings on that account.

    Sign in with your account at Xbox.com, then click your profile icon in the top right of the page.

    - From the dropdown click the three dots and then Xbox Settings.

    -That will take you to a page that has your Privacy & Online Safety Settings, from there you can toggle everything to 'Allow'.
