Xbox logs me into old account

To confirm, can you no longer open or start your old computer? If you could still start it up, it would be best if we check your accounts there.

I believe that you are using a different email address to sign in to your new computer. If possible, check your email history or mailboxes to find the correct email address of your account. It may look identical to your current one but it may have a different spelling or different domain. Kindly double check.

Actually does this prove I used the same account?

MS support asked me to log into my account.

They gave me a link that listed all my devices once I logged in.

My WIn 10 laptop was listed.

So we're my 2 Xboxes.

The old black Xbox One.

And also my new whitebXbox One S.

MS support got me to delete the old black Xbox One from my account.

They said that will sort the issue of the old console logging in automatically.

My problem now is the gamer points.

What i wish to do is to transfer my old Gamertag ( 4+ year old account) to a new WLID account that i created. I can still log into Xbox live from the Xbox console, however the system asks me to log in my old WLID password before i can make the WLID change,
but i can't since the account is locked.

The reason my old WLID got blocked was because apparently someone tried to log in too many times using a wrong password.

You must log in at least once every two years so that your account does not go down, Microsoft may delete your Microsoft account and associated services. But since you don't recognize the achievements, you may have logged into another account.

Sadly this forum is not the place to arrange account recovery - there is nothing that anyone here can do to help you directly, you need to deal with MS Support. You will need to follow the instructions in the Account Recovery Guide HERE so that Support staff can get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
