I can not log in to xbox live.
The error code is 0x80131509 (0x409).

If you have an XB1 then you're already signed up. Your login information is the same info you use to login into Xbox Live.

If you're receiving this error on Xbox, perform a power cycle.

 

Hi all, I have same issue where console will not connect to xboxlive, get same error code. If I reset xbox can fix sometimes if I walk away from console for 10 min and come back it has fixed itself. I exclusively play WOT console and this has only happened
since they did an update in August . Although I don't see how it would block xbox live from start up. Something is wrong either with xbox live or WOT console. I have followed all the trouble shooting and am frustrated that your console will not work as intended.
Please fix.

 

Hi!

It could be a communication error with the router. Try to check that the console is connected to the internet regularly. In this case, try to delete the Alternate MAC Address:

Settings->Network->Advanced settings->Alternate MAC address, then press "delete".

The console will reboot normally, then try to access your profile again.

If you're getting that error on your console and you can't sign into Xbox Live, powercycling would be a good first step.

However, I would try to remove and redownload your profile if you're still having problems and your internet signal is good.
