Xbox login problems

So, when i try logging in the xbox app i have found some problems, as soon as i try logging in the app with my account that works it just shows me an xbox live popup that says You are not connected to the internet, please check your internet connection while i obviously AM connected to the internet and writing this, not only that but it does not let me go in any section that digs deeper in the app without the no internet connection popup and to be frank i dont know how to solve this i have tried resetting the mc store and xbox app completely and it still isnt working, although my xbox account is a little twitchy i changed my gamer tag and its showing me my old tag sometimes and when i log in to xbox cloud gaming, every single time it shows me error on the home page how in the world am i supposed to fix this.

Reinstall the game may be the best option for You

Here are steps on how to reset Windows Store to clear store
cache:

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.

2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).

3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.

4. Restart your computer and reinstall the games.

Does this happen when you try and sign in to your xbox live account? Try doing a hard reset of the consoke by holding down the power button for ten seconds before releasing and pressing the power button again to see if that sorts out the problem. Good

I have the same problem. I can't login to my account on my or my husbands Xbox getting the same error code. He can login to his account with no problems.
