    Ok so about a week ago my account was hacked i recovered my account and i submitted a case and microsoft upheld it and they did not help me at all the person who hacked it got my account permanently banned and they dont help at all please send this to them

    Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

    my xbox got banned

    xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

    player in lobby has been banned from playing matchmaking on xbox live

    that page goes to bans from xbox live " My LIVE account was suspended"

    It's neither a ban from nor a connecting to live problem but it is a LIVE problem and the bans page requyires a mod to view the post before I get any help/advice

    Moderators do not have the power to ban consoles, they are gamers like you who volunteer to look after the forum. They have no powers on Live.

    The current policy from the Enforcement Team is that they do not discuss consoles bans but if this page is to be believed that could be changing soon Xbox LIVE

    Nothing else we can do to help you I'm afraid. It's just a matter of wait and see.

    Hi there.

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. Dependent on what type of ban you have received. Usually a coms ban blocks you from chat, messages and so on, but you are still able to use the live service.
