您可以参考下方的方法，新增管理员账户，看看在里面的操作是否正常：

1. 搜索 输入【CMD】找到 【命令提示符】，右击【以管理员身份打开】

2. 在【命令提示符】中输入如下命令后回车：

net user NewAdmin 123123 /add（NewAdmin是新建账户名称，123123是新建密 ，名称和密 可以修改），按回车

net localgroup administrators NewAdmin /add（赋予该账号管理员权限），按回车

3. 登陆NewAdmin账户，看看操作是否正常

是不是应该去检查一下 的xbox账户设置，说不定 的账号开了某些辅助功能，这也就说明了为什么只有 的账号自动启用讲述人

并不是软件冲突，现在所用账号 法登陆之后，我重新注册了另一个微软账号，新的账号登陆XBOXLIVE没有任何问题。

现在这个账号可以在网页上登录，只有在进行游戏或者使用XBOX Console Companion的时候出现问题，我想应该是我的账号本身发生了什么问题

我觉得不是网络的问题， 为我借了朋友的账号后是可以进行联机对战的，但是再次使用自己账号就不行了，昨天我用另一个账号创建了家庭，然后把我这个号拉进来，并设置为家长，但是依然 法联机，同 的问题
