Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

While the console is unplugged go ahead and power cycle your network equipment (modem/router) too.

i tryed all of these with Windows 10 PC but it didnt works

Hi Fellow gamer,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand having issues with age verification. Are you attempting this all on a mobile device? If so, can you try the verification on a Windows 10 based PC. There been known issues with mobile phones acting up when
sending codes or verifying.
