Thank you for keeping us updated. We would like to rule out any hardware issues first. Have you attempted to use a different ethernet cord for the computer? Also, we recommend plugging the ethernet cord into a different ethernet port on the router. Be sure
to let us know the results!

Thank you for keeping us updated. Have you always been experiencing this High ping issue, or did this just start happening? If you are on Wifi, have you tried using an ethernet cord for direct connection?

Let us know the details, along with all troubleshooting you have already tried so that we can try to fill in the blanks.

It started today. And im already using ethernet cord.
