핸드폰으로 친구랑 같이 하 싶어서 로그인을 했는데 그냥 오류번호도 없이 오류가 났다면서 다시 시도해보라하는데 계속 다시 시도해봐도 되지않습니다. 어떻게ㅜ해야하나요?

Can you tell us the error code and what you're doing when you get it?

Things to try without me knowing more:

1. Power cycle by turning the console off and unplugging it for 30 seconds.

2. Redownload your profile:

3. Make sure you have Xbox Live Gold to be able to play online multiplayer (if you are):
