Xbox live won't let me sign in

Discus and support Xbox live won't let me sign in in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I'm on PC and I tried to sign in to Minecraft Windows 10 edition but it says "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox live".     Xbox live won't let me sign in


    I'm on PC and I tried to sign in to Minecraft Windows 10 edition but it says "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox live". See attached screenshot.

    Hello Lord Rahl403!

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

    Now that you've made the changes / adjustments that they're asking for,

    Go ahead and perform a
    hard reset and power cycle     of your console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then
    re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

    Thanks for responding with the update. Next I would suggest deleting your profile from the Xbox console and redownloading it back on.

    What type of Xbox are you currently using / experiencing the issue on?

    Let us know!

    Also, I would recommend going online and signing into your Microsoft account at account.live.com.

    Once you sign in, let us know if you need to update your security options.
