Xbox Live/Windows 10 Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate KEY Already used

Hi, i bought a key of Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition from the website G2A but when i tried to redeem, it showed that the key was already in use.

I contacted their support and they said to contact xbox support and ask when the key was used (date + time) and provide them with a screenshot of the conversation.

The key in question is :

(Mod Removed)

I'll provide with any screenshots needed.

You would need to contact G2A regarding the issue, If the Code has already been used Xbox Support will not issue a new code you would need to request a new code from G2A or Request a Refund from them
