Xbox live Weekend Fun codes incorrect

I recently won a promotional giveaway and the prize was a $10 Xbox live credit and a 1 month free subscription. I got 2 codes (one for each prize). The first code was supposed to be a 1 month subscription however it was not a 25 digit code and is apparently
a reference code. The second code was for a $10 Xbox live credit however this code gave me a 1 month subscription. Those were the only 2 codes on the page so I am missing my $10 credit.

fun weekend invalid code

Hi,

I was a winner of the Xbox Weekend Fun contest. However, there was a problem with my SGD$12 Credit code. It was 34 characters long.

I have contacted live support and they told me to post my issue Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. but someone from that forum ask me to post here.

I had the same problem. I just got a new email with the correct codes and they both work as expected.

I suggest you check your email inbox as it is likely that you too will have a new email.
