Xbox Live - Update Issue

Hi,

My Xbox was working fine until recently, I rarely use xbox live but the times I have it's always worked. When I try and connect it says there is a system update available, I try and download the update but then it filas and gives me the code that ends with C000-0099,
looking at the error code list it looks like it has been banned but when I do a check of the console on the enforcement page it says that there is no enforcement against my console.

Any ideas why it won't install the update? I can't get on to xbox live until it does.

New Xbox One System Update Goes Live Today

Xbox One will be receiving a system update in the next few hours that focuses on addressing certain issues involving the dashboard, notifications, SmartGlass, and matchmaking, Microsoft has announced.

In a post announcing the new update, Major Nelson outlined just what the update will do:

Addresses SmartGlass issues for some users when coming in and out of connected standby
Addresses multiplayer issues for some users when re-joining games
Addresses issues with inconsistent notifications for some users
Addresses dashboard performance for some users
Offers improvements for Xbox One's TV, system update, and content update services for scaling over time
Updated wireless networking driver to improve connectivity issues for some usersClick to expand...

The article also when on to note that those with the "Instant On" feature enabled will be first to get the update since it will roll out in waves. Everyone else will received it by Thursday 12/12/13. I for one am very happy to see Microsoft quickly begin to fix the many small issues or bug currently found on the Xbox One. We can only hope they continue to be persistent and hasten.

Destiny Help...

This is an issue with Destiny in particular. It keeps telling people that they need Xbox Live to play destiny when they do have it. Try a hard restart, see if Destiny does an in game update when you start it back up.
