Xbox Live - Update Issue

First try clearing your system cache

If that doesn't help, try one of the alternative ways of updating your system.

[/quote]Hi there. It seems like the issue you are experiencing can be that you're unable to update games and/or you do not have a good connection to Xbox LIVE. I would suggest checking out the following pages.

And the other one of the pair - the one sitting on a shelf with a dead CD drive - purchased about the same time and died within a couple of months of the other - this particular model was notorious for what I consider to be defective DVD drives.

btw - the Xbox I called support about - a 2009 dated model - died in 2010.

I was just reading the "agreement" - I like this part:

You must not:

•use the Service to harm others or the Service (for example, you must not use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass another person, organization or Microsoft);

Is this like a bilateral agreement or unilateral?
