Xbox Live unfair Permanent banned

Hello! I am a loyal and fan of xbox. But something happened yesterday and it made me very sad, depressed and angry.

What happened was that I was enyoing playing xbox by playing som Gta 5 with my friends. Me and my friends were talking about how to get more followers on xbox. And I wanted to get more followers on xbox because it looks good gn your profile bio whem it says
that you have a lot of followers. So my friend told me a way to get more friends/followers on xbox, and here is were the problem started.

He told me to make a group post for grand theft auto 5, were I was supposed to say: "Add me for a money drop"

The thing is that I am not a modder or cheater I am a loyal player of xbox. But I made this group post to make people add me just so I could get more followers. And after a while another friend of my told me that I should remove the group post because I
could have a chance of getting banned. After he told me so I cancelled the group post right away because I didn't know that I could get banned.

And then it happened. I got permenently banned on my xbox account. The account that I had spent 3200$ on. I lost lost all my games, progress, DLCs and more. Just because of a group post that I was unaware of.

After all my years of being loyal to xbox, I get permenantly banned for a group post about me making a group post about me being a cheater. Which I am definetly not. I only wanted more people to add me as a friend on xbox.

So I beg xbox and its community to please help me out and get my account back because this is not fair and right!

This ban has left me speechles and very depressed because xbox was my only lovely hobby. And now I lost it because I got banned for something false..

And I dont know were and how to get help because this is really unfair and needs to be solved.

Please Xbox understand my situation and unbann my account!

Hi sir/mam! Thank you for the time to reply.

It says I was banned for cheating.

But I can promise that I have never ever cheated in my whole life.

I think they only banned me for saying that I was giving out money drops. But I was mot serious, I only wanted more people to add me.

I dont know if if you guys can understand my pain here, because Ive played xbox for so many years with this account and have Always been loyal to it. And after allt the time and money uve spent on xbox my account gets permanent banned.

This is really sad.

And I have tried to contact the enforcement team but I cant find any phone numbers or chats to talk to them.

Yeah like its actually [mod removed] that the enforcement team has the power to permanently ban people just for making a group post. either way since the ban I switched to ps4 and might stick to playstation. After seeing my account getting permanently
banned it made me realize that the xbox enforcement team doesnt even look at the report, they just ban people straight away, instead of actually looking at the post like a human being.

The case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

Hello, your only option is to go to www.enforcement.com. Thats the only place that you can get help for this. See if they give you an option to appeal the ban. What did it say you were banned for?? Was it just the post you put up because that was super fast??
Xbox tracks your whole account history so are you sure you haven't done anything in the past???? I know when it comes to bans it is something that XBox looks into before its done. So they have to have serious proof to give a perm ban. I would go to that website
and read the whole site its short then see if appeal is avail.

I'm sorry to say dude, but your chances are very slim. I've had a similar incident where I created a looking for group post that got mass reported for cheating and never got my account unbanned
