2.设置--全部设置--网络-网络设置--高级设置--备用MAC地址--清除--重启主机

3：冷启动主机：长按主机开关机键10s将主机关机，关机后拔除所有连接线，等待30s再重新开机

4.重启路由器

5.重置路由器

6.有线换 线， 线还有线，换其他网络环境或者使用手机4G热点

because of your xbox live setting ,mulity people gaming function is disabled ,please comfirm you have the correct xbox live account and comfirm your xbox live account had already turn off the family setting;
