Xbox live toxic player and cbl suspensions

I just woke up to a 24hr suspension on my account and of course there is no number to call to find out why I was suspended and when I got to enforcement history I can not get a case review so I'm sitting here with no xbl access and no reason as to why
I was suspended. The only lead I have is a toxic player who was griefing and ruining a game reported a message that I sent him and all I said was him and his friends were trashy scumbag players and to leave me alone that's if I didnt swear or anything or use
hate speech or anything like that yet I'm suspended for defending myself? This situation is so frustrating I'm considering being done with xbox since they dont want talk to thier customers so bad

Cheat Box Live - I'm loving that !!!!! From now on I will be using that whenever I reference XBL (or CBL).

It is infested with cheats and always will be until CBL stop turning a blind eye towards cheating.

I think it’s a great idea, and that it will absolutely cut down on the amount of toxicity that the average player will encounter.

I hope it also stops more players from being provoked into responding to toxicity with toxicity. It seems like a lot of suspensions come from players who were “defending themselves,” and that often means they faced toxicity in the first place and reacted
in a way that also violated the community standards (and got reported for it). Hopefully these new filters reduce the number of times this situation arises.
