Xbox Live took two times my money in the same day

I don't get it. I have no kids, no one has access to my credit card, and Xbox support is not answering. Can someone tell me what to do to get my money back please? Who can I contact? I won't pay Gold twice in the same month lol.

Xbox took my money

this has happened to me as well. only it does download and is in my history, even after reinstalling it 5 times, speaking with xbox live support chat, phone support and the game deloper support who sent me back to xbox suport i still cannot play this game.

i have installed and reinstalled it this way 5 times, including a full hard drive format. and it is not my internet connection. there live chat once trying all of this with me sends me to phone support who then tries all of this again then sends me to the
game maker(2kgames) who states its an xbox issue and sends me back to xbox support. im running 30/30 fiberop which re-downloads the 2gb game in minutes with zero errors until its tried to be played. its is in no way shape or form a hacked hard drive or system
and the system is otherwise 100% working for everything else, including other original xbox games, there is no other reason other than support/computability on their end, I will never use the market again.

Im having this same issue with a post ive posted on Modern Warfare looking for group, im on my 6th or 7th ban and there was nothing offensive or disrespectful in my post just stats and teamate requirements. Its two day bans that i cant appeal and they come one after another and at the same time. This is a waste of the money i pay for my xbox system and xbox live ultimate. This is ridiculous, shame on xbox enforcement for this huge error.

Xbox live is having some issues! i had the same problem , it took me a day to get all the points of my achievements.

Same deal. Won't allow old offline profile for live (email error). Created this account to play online but still can't get to the redeem code screen, says creat an acc. Wtf Xbox people? Ya took my money, wasted my time and it looks like this is something
that happens often. With no hope of it getting fixed.
