Xbox Live to Ultimate Upgrade Problem

Once you upgraded to Xbox game pass ultimate, your Xbox live gold will be carried over to Xbox game pass ultimate. For example, if you have Xbox live gold for a year and you upgraded it to Xbox game pass ultimate, your Xbox live gold and xbox game pass for
console and PC will also be good for 13 months (12 months Xbox live gold+1 month upgrade Xbox game pass Ultimate). If you cancelled the Xbox game pass ultimate, automatically your Xbox live will also be cancelled since it is already merged to the Ultimate.
You need to contact Xbox Support to reinstate your lost membership.

Both Xbox live gold and gamepass are included in ultimate, so you don’t need to purchase these subscriptions separately.

On your account, you should be given the option to upgrade to ultimate, if not just purchase ultimate as this will automatically upgrade your existing membership.

Gamepass is £7.99 a month and Xbox live gold is £6.99 a month, so worth upgrading if use both to save money and have a 2-in-1, Ultimate is £10.99

I bought 3 years of Xbox Live Gold so that I could upgrade for xbox game pass ultimate.

The problem is I didnt know that Xbox had a 36 month limit to the subscription. So, when they offered me 1 month for each code for automatically renewed subscription I accepted! Now, I cant reddem my last one year xbox live gold. Is there any way those 2
extra months could be removed? I dont want to upgrade just 26 months of gold.
