Xbox live threats banned for no reason

I got banned for no reason when someone is making threats to me online this is getting really bad this has happen to me two times before i contacted the microsoft support and they believe me but they cant unbanned for some reason the thing that caught my
attention is how did i got banned i didnt do anything i find it really strange how you cant contact the xbox live enforcement team if anybody get any ban threats report them to the police it seems like microsoft doesnt take this seriously

It seems to be a common and growing issue of late. Perhaps theres been a change of enforcement practition somewhere. Maybe we could group up and suggest a change in method

An account can only be banned if you receive a message from live saying you have been banned and the reason why. But it is unlikely you were banned unless you were posing as a microsoft memeber, threating players on live, or modding your xbox. But if you
have not done these, you are fine. Also xbox can have a lot of connection problems so it is nothing big to worry about

it says that im not able to play xbox live because its a permanent temporary ban but this is what says Enforcement end date:July 16, 2020 3:25:20 AM.

With the "simple message", if it included profanity or threats, this would be the reason for the ban. If the ban is longer than 24 hours, you can submit a case review.
