[/quote]Sorry but this is incorrect. Any Method of Payment for Xbox LIVE will have Tenure added after each year. I've had CC for two years and Pre-Paid for three years, showing the Tenure of 5. Even if a Pre-paid of three months
is used for over a year (or a one month if still available) it will show Tenure.

The Tenure shows after the Year is up and a new year is paid for. Sorry but you must have either started in 2009 or have had a lapse in time that did not count as a Silver Profile. In addition, the first Month Free Xbox LIVE that everyone is given does not
apply to Tenure. So if an Account was created in December 2008 it won't reflect 1 year Tenure until January 2010.

The tenure that it shows on your account under your profile only shows the consecutive time that you have had an Xbox Live Gold Subscription. Because it ran out in January and you just restarted the Gold Subscription, it will show its tenure to be 0 months
as of now. To support reps they can see that you had your account from 2007, but your tenure will not reflect that.

We double checked your tenure and it should just be showing 2 full years of tenure.

Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time has finished.

For your first year of Xbox LIVE Gold you will see a '0' and increase to '1' year of tenure when that year is up! For example, if you've had Xbox LIVE Gold for 3 years and 6 months, you'll see a tenure of '3' next to your Gamertag.

It happened to other users as well. Give it some time. It will eventually show the correct Xbox Live tenure.
