My tenure is not appearing on my xbox live profile. I want it to appear or for it to be transferred to a new xbox live account

I would have to ask if you have also checked if you have a outstanding balance at all on your account?.

I have deleted and redownloaded. unfortunatley that did not help. I should have a 10 year tenure on my account. A support agent even reviewed all my past membership payments

Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. What troubleshooting have you done to help fix the issue. We recommend trying and

remove the profile from the console and then re-download the profile. If you have an open case with support agent its best to follow up with them.

What do you mean by an outstanding balance?

The same issue at Xbox Series S .

We can watch live stream from every where except XBOX console.

I tried the private page but no difference, again cannot dispaly the live. All the other videos are playing well except the livestream.

Is there any update for this issue?
