Xbox Live Tenure Badge Not Accurate

My little badge thing says 10 years with Xbox live even when it's said 15 in the past and have had it for 15 yrs. It isn't a big deal but any way to fix this?

This is a server issue, sometimes it disappears, or doesn't count correctly.

We can't toggle it on or off like the Ambassador badge.

In this case, I recommend you try to contact support, they may be able to update/verify it.

Well it needs an active subscription of Xbox Live Gold (Includes games pass and ultimate) to have the tenure badge. @Synth - Are you talking about the green circle with the number on it on your Console for your Xbox Live Tenure? Or a Forum badge of some type?

SwitchdKiller, if you have ran out of Xbox Live Gold your tenure resets. The "badge" you are talking about is how many years you subscribed to Xbox Live Gold with out stopping.
