xbox live tchat problem

Hello microsoft I would like to understand why I was banned from the xbox live chat?

I played has call of duty infinity warfare on Sunday, January 29 I was in chat group with my friends after good part I started has receive messages of insults because I had the best score of the game and a time I got mad and I said things that I wouldn't to
do but I am 33 years old and more than 10 years of xbox behind I never had problems before this, so I find really abusive that it crashes my chat!

I'd like to get back immediately my chat on the one hand I don't deserve and secondly I pay to play, so I don't have to be banned while I did nothing wrong just reply to the provocations and insults I received!

Mon compte à était débannni mais cas moitié !!??

Mon compte était banni du xbox live et quand je dit banni c'est pas juste la suspension des message où du tchat de groupe non du tchat de groupe et message mais aussi impossibilité de jouer au multi.

J'assume ce bannissement mais faut aussi dire le pourquoi et la durée des sanctions.

Dans mon cas la durée pour le bannisement du live ma était donné mais pas pour le tchat

Bref mon bannissement est lever mais que pour la partie multi pour le tchat de groupe où envoyer des messages mes ami j'ai toujours le message "suite votre comportement votre compte...... blablabla"

Je voudrais bien s'avoir combien de temps encore sa va durée vu que j'ai déj était banni 15 jours du xbox live.

Des précision me donner toute info et bonne prendre.

Hey dude,

couple days ago xbox have problem with store all xbox and windows so try contact support tchat or phone for assistance.

ingeniors and staff work now on problem check on support for news.
