    Xbox Live Suspension


    Hello Microsoft support, I am a loyal player of Xbox One and I would like to bring up an issue that happend all of a sudden without any notice. My account got banned for voice communication. And I'm very confused about the suspension because I have never
    dis respected anybody on my Xbox Live account. All I I am asking from the Xbox Support team is to find the people who have reported me and made me get banned from the Xbox Live and please notifying them of their mistake of reporting me for doing nothing at
    all. I have never dis respected anybody on Xbox Live or any of my fellow players. All I wanna do on Xbox is to have a good time playing video games and talking with my friends. Please take this message into consideration. I will still playing Xbox and enjoying
    it, but I want to make t it clear that I am a nice player that does not disrespect any other player. Thank you.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our
    Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
