Xbox live suspension

I’ve been getting banned for things I haven’t done and it’s really starting to tick me off, like the last couple times was inappropriate looking for group post even though when I post a looking for group post it wouldn’t have nothing inappropriate in it,
it would have the exact same words as everyone else but I don’t see everyone else getting banned now I’m getting suspended for apparently marketplace theft and I never did anything in this nature, everything I have bought has been from my money and I honestly
feel like the enforcement team just looks at how many reports a person has and it doesn’t matter if they have a good or bad rep they just go straight to a suspension. I’m honestly thinking about selling my Xbox one and getting a PS4. I don’t want to but I
didn’t have no problem on the Xbox 360 but now I do on the Xbox one. Then I have to wait 2-3 days because the enforcement team messed up on my suspension to play again. I would love if you guys could fix this instead of me waiting 2-3 days every time I get
suspended for no reason

I understand your frustration. The enforcement team does not use the forums. They are only contactable via the case review process at
https://enforcement.xbox.com.

I don't know if you've submitted a review yet, if not, and the suspension qualifies, submit one.

Also, make sure you're not sharing your account with anyone or you've not saved your password onto a console you are not in possession of. If you have, I would recommend changing the password on your account so no one other than you can access it.
