    Xbox Live Suspension


    I received a 2 week ban from xbox live communications. It has been 15 days since the ban was placed, yet I still cannot connect to multiplayer games, send messages, join xbox live parties etc. I am just wondering when this ban will end because it is subject
    to change without notification. Which in my opinion is very harsh way of doing business. I have spent most likely thousands of dollars on my account and for Xbox to not even be able to notify my about a suspension change is unheard of. I am really contemplating
    taking my loss and moving on from Xbox. This is ridiculous.

    Xbox Live Suspension

    Try this

    First remove/delete your GT from the Xbox

    Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds or until it turns off.

    Restart the console and recover this account back.

    This has been known to fix this problem sometimes.

    the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
