Xbox Live Suspension until the year 9999

My son's Xbox live account ( VxROCKCHALKxV) has been suspended. We are guessing that it is because he changed his avatar through Horizon. He did not know that he was not suppose to do this. He is only 13. He knows now. I had purchased a membership
to last thru the year. Would you please consider changing your decision on the suspension? A young child is not going to read all the fine print and I am sorry that he did something against the rules. He is aware of the code and conduct now. Thank you.

2 account bans within 5 days, what is going on?

Warhawk, It's a permanent suspension - they can't expect me to wait until the year of 9999 to create another Xbox LIVE account - that's just ridiculous is it not? If I had done something wrong, I'd understand, but I know that I haven't done anything to warrant
a permanent suspension within 2 days of creating an Xbox LIVE account. I only played GTA V on the accounts, no other game whatsoever. I played "Criminal Records" races and free mode - that's it!

it is already a long term suspension - to the year 9999, xblpet team never unban.

However since you freely admit that he's done the offence in question they are highly unlikely to reverse the ban.

Sorry to say but the odds are that your son is going to need to start as new account.

 

Life lesson learned. He broke the rules, don't play the "he's 13" card....... he knew exactly what he was doing. I would be asking him to pay you back the cost of the Live membership....

 

Sorry sir or lady. But it can't be undone. It be his mark of cane for all his life.

I would think as an Ambassador you would know to send them to the Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans and not the general support sections.

 

You obviously haven't paid much attention to the ambassador program if you actually expect them to have a clue what's going on.

 

Consider it a good thing, but that's just me. Video games are fun, but let's face it, there isn't a better way to waste time.
