Xbox live suspension obviously wrong

so my sons account was suspended by xbox live for “sexual content”. He is 8 years old. So I filed a case review. The review was upheld stating he tried to upload a sexual picture as his profile picture. He then shows me the picture he used... it is a picture
of a wolf. A white wolf from our art collection. How is this sexual? Why can’t I find a way to speak to an actual person to dispute this finding? How can I get proof of any images he tried to upload, because lets be honest, kids cant be trusted all the time...
im very upset that there is very little evidence given to the player as to why suspension are happening and very little way to defend yourself. Any advice is welcome!

I feel your frustration. I'd say that you are taking his console away until he shows you what photo he really tried to use. There is nothing wrong with a wolf photo.

I do think them providing a little more info would be helpful especially in instances like this.

That is correct. The only way to contact the Enforcement Team is through the case review and if the case was upheld he will have to wait out the suspension and the case is closed.

Hi, I would highly recommend that you ensure his account is a child account, the birthday is correct and you add him to your family so you have full control over what he can and can't do and access. Thes re controls are here for exactly these reasons.

I can understand your situation, and I'm sorry for your frustration. But the information of what image was truly attempted to be used isn't information that would usually need to be presented, because the account is designed to be controlled by a single
person.
What I would recommend looking into is setting your child up with their own account as a Child account that you control and set permissions for as the Adult account. It wouldn't likely solve the issue of seeing the image attempted to be uploaded, but I
think there is an age limit for custom gamerpics, so if his birthday is set correctly for a child account, it's not something you'd have to worry about being suspended for.
