Xbox Live Suspension not removing itself from account

I recently received a suspension to services on my account, which was supposed to be lifted as of 12/04/2017 @11:54pm. Now almost 48 hours later, my communications ban is still showing as active whenever I sign into my account on my Xbox One, and I still
can't send messages or participate in party chat. The enforcement.com website shows the suspension as being complete because I cannot appeal it or do anything further there.

I have been troubleshooting this for the past 24 hours, and noticed there are hundreds of people still experiencing my very same problem. I left my Xbox unplugged all night, removed the account from the console, added it again, new controller, power cycles,
reboots, ect. Which leads me to believe its a problem with the enforment technology and its causing good people to lose out on service and enjoyment with your product.

WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO FIX THIS?! I'm ready to sell my Xbox and go to PS4 if this issue isn't resolved soon. And of course I can't talk to anyone on the elusive enforcement team, and customer service/tech support can't do anything
for us either, it's complete and utter nonsense!!!

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

This has been know to help.

Remove/delete the GT from the console.

Power cycle the console.

Restart the console,and recover the GT back.a

SSince you already attempted geth's troubleshooting step have you called xbox support to.see if an extension was given for previous found violations ? Which tends to happen if you have a history of not being rated e for everyone and went unreported but was
found during the course of the previous investigation

when you try and start a party does it basically say do something else because of your past behavior you can not do this right now? or what is it saying when you try and start a party?

Is it only happening with the one profile or is it happening with all the profiles on your console?

Hello!

Can you provide us with a few more details regarding the issue? I understand you have a temporarily suspended account. Is the suspension from Xbox itself or from the Hotmail services? If it is Xbox Policy Enforcement team related take a look here:
Xbox Live Enforcement Team at the enforcement site it will give you more information about your Xbox Live suspension and give you any options available. If the suspension is in place
on the Microsoft Account itself I suggest going to
Microsoft Account Site and signing in with your regular Microsoft Account Email and Password. Once logged in if there is a suspension regarding abuse of your Microsoft Account it should provide you with more information and any possible actions to get this
resolved.
