    Xbox live suspension issues


    my son got an Xbox live suspension from multiplayer and communications for two weeks that just ended yesterday at about 3:00 am. He tried to play yesterday and the multiplayer part of the suspension was lifted but the communications part wasn't. I have talked
    to a Microsoft employee through the live text chat thing and he/she informed me that somehow another ban happened that is a communications ban until 9/16/17. When I went to the enforcement page and look at the cases there is no ongoing suspension for his account.
    All there is an communication system suspension that ended the 20th of June's and a communication and a multiplayer suspension that ended the 22nd of June. Somebody help on possibly lifting this rediculously long suspension that i can't even see would be
    great.

    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
