Xbox Live suspension for... no reason after 4 year that I don't use the service?

Hi!

I installed the Xbox App (beta) for PC just yesterday to activate the PC game pass!

I managed to do all that, I paid the subscription and I'm downloading games as I write

I have one big problem though... When I start the app I always have a notification that say that "due to a suspension, my xbox live functionalities may be limited" (I translated this from the italian version, because I'm italian)...

I checked and I didn't receive any mails from Microsoft telling me about the suspension and why it happened and If I click and the notification, it sends me to the "enforcement" page where I can't do nothing...

I mean, that page say that my situation is perfect and my reputation is good and I can't send message to someone about the suspension or anything like that... I already called the support 2 times and they know nothing about this, they told me that I have
to do something on that enforcement page but they are unable to tell me exactly what I have to do...

The more baffling thing is that I'm not using the xbox live service since 2015 and I really don't know what could have happened!

I'm worried that this suspension might be (or become) permanent and that this will bring other issues!

She had many options on block, after we switch to friends the error message with the suspension disappear.

Enforcement United - Enforce have to go to hat page and see whats going on. Only think is you havent been on since 2015....you could have done anything. Suspensions
can happen at anytime and it follows your whole account life. So it could been at any point in time

I got two suspensions prior to 2010 and neither are listed on the enforcement page.

I have been to that page...and it says "Congratulations! You have a perfect record." So, that doesn't appear to be the issue...

The bans usually only apply until the next time you log in so if you haven't logged in since then that would make sense.

Thank you, not sure which setting fixed it but I reviewed my privacy settings and the notification is gone.

Glad to hear, we also dont know which of these options is responsible for this message, but over all its working
